Duncan Anderson

RSLWA Vice President

Duncan brings a contemporary veterans view and extensive public service experience to the Board of RSLWA. Duncan was appointed in August 2018 and is the Chair of Regional Development Australia – South West and represents Western Australia TAFE Colleges as a board member of TAFE Directors Australia. Duncan is also the Managing Director of South Regional TAFE, responsible for all publicly funded training in the Great Southern and South West Regions. Duncan is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course and the Executive Fellows Program run by the Australian and New Zealand School of Government.

Duncan discharged from the regular Army in 2013 after 15 years service with the Royal Regiment of Australian Artillery. Having served in both Iraq and Afghanistan Duncan elected to focus on his family and moved to the South West of Western Australia. Joining the Capel Sub-Branch of the RSL, Duncan undertook the role of President and cites an amazing group of volunteers as the reason the Sub-Branch continues to grow and succeed.
