VVCS - ‘Relaxation & Mindfulness Skills’ Workshop

Engaging in structured relaxation activities and regular mindfulness practice have both been shown to assist a broad range of individuals in the management of clinical and non-clinical problems including: stress, anxiety, pain, illness, unhelpful thoughts, emotional coping, even grief.

This two day workshop will provide an introduction to the concepts of both relaxation and of mindfulness, instruct you in different techniques and give you the opportunity to practice some of these techniques.

It is a two day workshop. Thursday 5 & Friday 6 April 2018.
