The competition is to celebrate 100 years of the Armistice after the First World War. Traditionally after the war RSL Sub-Branches used to travel to Northam by train for a tournament - Northam versus the rest.

The sub-branch in conjunction with the Northam Bowling Club are going to honour this connection with the returned services community by having a mixed fours bowling competition on Sunday 14 October 1918 and inviting all interested sub-branches to participate.

Wish to take part but have no lawn bowlers in the subbranch?

Approach your local bowling club and ask their help with representation, or not enough for a four, no worries, we will find the makeup number for you.

Date Sunday October 14, 2018

Time 9.30am for 10.00am start

The format for the day will be mixed fours any combination three games of fourteen (14) ends.

Light lunch provided and afternoon tea.

$25.00 per team member ($100 per team) Non-players $15.00 per head for lunch and afternoon tea.

Sub-branches are requested to support this venture as players or supporters.
