Office Lock-Down Notice: COVID-19 Update

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, RSLWA has implemented a Business Recovery Plan from last week.

The new decision to move to stage 2 will take effective from 24th March 2020. RSLWA will continue to operate, however employees will be working completely from home rather than in the office. This will be the case for the foreseeable future. Any face-to-face meetings are to be done via teleconference or phone call.

Please note, our contact details for each department – https://www.rslwa.org.au/contact-us/

Our emails will not change and these channels should remain your primary points of contact with RSLWA head office should you require assistance.

This decision was taken as a result of an increasing level of shutdown across many non-essential business sectors, and the obligation that RSLWA has to provide a safe environment for its employees and members.

We are still committed to delivering on our charitable purpose of supporting Veterans and their families, as well as providing support to our Sub-Branches and members.

This is an unprecedented circumstance and there may be some disruption to normal business activity as we adjust to the new work environment, however please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any assistance.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this trying period.
