Payment Policy

The Online Payment Policy of The Returned and Services League of Australia (Inc.)

On our website we accept online payments by Visa or Mastercard credit cards only. Payments can also be made by the other methods listed on your invoice.
 
When making an online payment you enter your credit card details on a secure page on our website. This information is transmitted in encrypted form directly to our bank through a payment gateway using a 128 bit secure sockets layer. We do not store or manually process your credit card details.
 
All payments must be made in Australian Dollars. 

Refunds.

We will only refund any money paid on-line if we are satisfied you are legally entitled to the refund.
 
It is possible for us to refund a credit card payment through the payment gateway within a period of 14 days from the transaction date. A later refund can be made over the telephone.

Printing an Invoice.

When you have submitted your online payment, you can view a receipt of your payment which can be printed by clicking  the "Print" box shown at the bottom of the page or by using your browser's print function.
