Perth at the Outbreak of War
RSLWA is proud to present Perth at the Outbreak of War, a travelling exhibition created to celebrate how Perth lived in the lead up to and during wartime, both WWI and WWII.
Visitors to the travelling exhibition can read about the history of Perth and how we lived, prepared, played, worked, and cared in the lead up to war events during this time. This exhibition is particularly fitting as we commemorate the Centenary of WWI.
This exhibition was created for Perth Heritage Days 2014 and has been kindly gifted to the RSL, who are promoting it throughout the community.
The exhibition is available for loan and is free of charge, however the recipient will need to pay courier fees. It is cardboard core-flute, light, and easy to assemble, however does not fold down for transportation.
For more information or to book the exhibition during the available dates call ANZAC House on 9287 3799. Please note it is only available in the Perth metropolitan area.
Booked from Nov 29 - Dec 11 by Perth Heritage.
