Chidlow & District RSL Anzac Day Service
Chidlow & District RSL are hosting an ANZAC Service at the Chidlow Village Green with the support of the 513 Army Cadet Unit, Chidlow Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade, Chidlow Progress Association and Lotterywest. Our day begins with a Gunfire Breakfast on the green manned by our local Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade members. We will assemble for formation at Wilcox Street end of Memorial Avenue at 0920 and our march to the memorial on the Chidlow Village Green at 0930 will be led by a Light horse and a WW2 Unimog. Our 513 ACU will support us in our formal memorial service that begins at 0940. After the service, from 1030, there will be a commemorative display and morning tea hosted by the Chidlow Progress Association at the Chidlow Hall, followed by fellowship and a game of Two-Up under our Running up that Hill mural at The Chidlow Tavern.
